Job Summary: The Manager, Program Marketing will report to the Director, Program Marketing and will work directly with Tier I and II partners to track partner activities, ensure program deliverables are met and manage the creative approval process with all partners.
Job Summary: The Manager, Business Operations will report to the Chief Administrative & Financial Officer (CAO/CFO) and will utilize outstanding project management and organizational skills to work with stakeholders across the organization in areas of: project management of enterprise-level initiatives; contract administration; commercial insurance lines management; facilities management; and assisting the CAO/CFO with other strategic and tactical duties.

You will direct project teams, nurture media relationships, provide strategic guidance, and oversee media campaigns spanning all channels. Your experience and ability to independently manage in a pro-active, level-appropriate way is key to your success. Job Summary: The Manager, dineL.A. will assist the Director, dineL.A with managing and executing dineL.A. events and other adhoc events, collaborate with the Partnership team on deliverables, oversee dineL.A. Compliance Officer on menu submissions for dineL.A. menu requirements, oversee the dineL.A. event website, manage the dineL.A. weekly newsletter, oversee dineL.A.’s Instagram, and build and cultivate dineL.A. partner relationships. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with visiting journalists, performing a variety of media relations activities and maintaining and creating press materials.
Job Summary: The Coordinator, Global Communications will report to the Director, International Communications, assisting the Communications team with visiting journalists in the coordination of travel, itineraries and hosting activities. You will also assist with other activities, such as vetting media requests, performing media research, and providing press materials. The candidate will possess outstanding communications skills, serving as a brand ambassador to Los Angeles. Even better if you are a Mandarin speaker.
